How We Work

Most junk removal franchises give you a price over the phone without ever seeing the job. We don't do that. Our crew comes to your property, looks at what needs to go, and gives you a firm number before we load a single item. If the price doesn't work for you, no problem — no pressure and no obligation. Once you approve the quote, we handle everything: all the lifting, loading, and hauling. When we leave, the space is clear.

What We Handle

Furniture removal is the most common job we do: sofas, beds, dressers, dining sets, and the heavy pieces that have been sitting in a garage or spare room for years because they're too awkward to move alone. Appliance removal is right behind it. Refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and AC units that need to go but can't be left at the curb.

We handle property cleanouts too. Estate cleanouts after a family member passes. Garage cleanouts before a home sale. Foreclosure cleanouts for property managers who need a space cleared fast. We price by volume, based on how much space your items take up in the truck. Pricing starts at $150 for a minimum load. Everything is confirmed on site before we start. The number we quote is the number you pay. No hidden fees and no surprises.
